Throughout the home-buying process, Hannah was extremely hardworking and very dedicated to us. The only reason I knew she had other clients simultaneously was because the things she would tell us about another home or showing she had just done recently; she never made us feel like we had to compete for her time. A lot of people will tell you this is a stressful life event, and it is, to an extent. I've never bought a home before so every step of the way was new ground for me and my wife. Hannah walked us through all of it, holding our hands at times if need be, explaining answers to any questions we might have and never making us feel foolish for asking them. She's quick to respond and very attentive to detail, has excellent communication skills, and managed the document process with ease. She would notify us when she was working on a document for us to sign, maintaining transparency, and then notify us again when it was sent. The first day she became our realtor, she was able to schedule and show 3 home viewings the very next day. When we came across the home we eventually purchased, Hannah got us the very first available showing and advised us in submitting an offer the seller would notice. She is very knowledgeable in her field and an amazing person overall. We became fast friends with her and my wife and I were sad when we closed on the very home she helped us find. The work ethic alone that Hannah had on display at all times does not exist in today's world. Thanks to her willingness and technology I wasn't even in the state when we viewed and offered on 2 houses and landed on a deal. She was very supportive not only with her role in the process but also as a liaison between the lender and I when there was a lack of communication. I had many questions and without showing frustrating she's either had the answers, found the answers or simply reassured me everything would be ok.
